Vinyl To Digital / Vinyl To CD Conversion
DiskCrafters Vinyl to CD Conversion
We offer industry-standard audio quality conversion using top-of-the-range equipment setups, along with complimentary professional mastering.
Our service includes everything from cleaning the record, to ripping, professional remastering, splitting the files for CD, and returning everything back to you.
We use phenomenal 1980s Technics direct-drive decks — fully serviced and perfectly calibrated for pitch-perfect playback — paired with some of the best Audio-Technica cartridges and styli, which are frequently replaced to ensure crisp, clear audio quality.
Many record labels re-release classics using poorly ripped vinyl rips, leaving fans with disappointing sound quality on CD reissues and digital releases. Our rips often easily exceed the quality of these official reissues and remasters.
What is included in our pricing:
• Vinyl cleaning & static removal
• Professional vinyl to CD conversion
• Choice of either or both raw & fully remastered rips
• Splitting and cropping of the audio into separate tracks
• Custom printing on the CD, issued in a sleeve
• Digital tracks provided in ultra-HQ WAV files
• Secure return postage of both the vinyl record and CD
Please note: We cannot promise perfect audio quality, as vinyl pressings can vary massively. A good pressing can come out incredible; however, poor pressings can be prone to surface noise and distortion. While we do our absolute best to deliver the best possible conversion, we cannot guarantee this — meaning we offer no guarantees or refunds.
Professional cleaning will be carried out on your records, and they will be ripped using the wet method. These processes can sometimes cause or reveal surface noise, pops, or crackles. They can also cause damage to centre labels — particularly on white labels, inkjet-printed labels, etc. (not on standard pressed labels).
All vinyl you send to us is sent at your own risk. We are not liable for any claims of damage or changes, as these cannot be proven — records can easily develop pops and cracks even during shipping. While we do our absolute best to ensure your record remains unaffected and will usually arrive cleaner and better, this is not a guarantee.
