This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

2. Contact Us

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item:

diskcrafters@gmail.com

Prompt notification allows us to assess and resolve issues efficiently.

3. Refunds and Replacements

Refunds are not provided except where required by law.

Where eligible, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A reprint

  • A partial refund (at our discretion)

4. Customer-Provided Artwork and Design Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork, files, and designs are correct, complete, and suitable for production.

We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files, including:

  • Spelling or design mistakes

  • Incorrect formatting

  • Incorrect colour profiles

  • Low-resolution artwork

Once artwork has been approved or submitted for production, it is deemed final.

5. Colour Variation Disclaimer

Minor colour variation between digital files and printed products is normal due to differences between screen display (RGB) and print production (CMYK).

Such variations do not constitute a defect unless the product is materially different from the approved artwork or specification.

6. Production Issues

If an issue arises due to an error on our part, we will offer a replacement or appropriate remedy.

We may request photographic or video evidence to assess the issue.

7. Audio and File Submissions

You are responsible for ensuring that all audio and file submissions meet the required specifications listed on our website.

If files are submitted in an incorrect format, we may attempt conversion where possible.

We are not responsible for issues arising from:

  • Non-compliant files

  • Corruption in customer-supplied files

  • Quality loss caused by incorrect formatting

Where an issue is confirmed to be caused by DiskCrafters, we will offer a replacement or appropriate remedy.

8. Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately and provide photographic or video evidence.

We may request return of the damaged goods for assessment.

Where damage is confirmed, we will provide a replacement.

9. Minor Imperfections

Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality or usability are not considered faults.

This includes minor marks, slight warping, or minor print variations.

A product will only be considered defective if it does not meet its intended functional purpose or materially differs from the approved specification.

10. Customer Dissatisfaction

Dissatisfaction based on subjective preference (including appearance, style, or aesthetic expectations) does not qualify for replacement if the product matches the approved specifications and submitted artwork.

11. Returns Process

In some cases, we may require photographic evidence and/or return of physical items before offering a replacement.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to our error.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
