We Don't Make Deadlines We Can't Keep

If we confirm that your order can be completed within the 72-hour service window, we commit to that deadline.

Your order is prioritised through production, printing, duplication, packing and dispatch.

Qualifying Rush orders can be delivered to your door in under 72 hours.

Orders are produced the same day, collected by courier the following day and delivered using a guaranteed next-day delivery service.

The cut-off for same-day production is 3PM.

We must have received your payment, artwork, audio files and all other information required to produce your order before 3PM.

Orders received after 3PM will normally enter Rush production on the next eligible working day.

We will confirm your expected delivery date before accepting the Rush service.

We strongly recommend contacting us first so we can confirm production availability.

If we find a problem, we will contact you as quickly as possible.

If the issue cannot be resolved before the 3PM cut-off, the original 72-hour turnaround can no longer be guaranteed.

The turnaround begins once we have received:

Full payment
Final artwork
Final audio
All required order information
Production-ready files with no unresolved issues

If anything required for production is missing, the turnaround cannot begin until it has been supplied.

Important Terms

3PM Cut-Off

To qualify for same-day production, we must receive full payment, final artwork, final audio files and all required order information before 3PM.

Your order must also be ready to enter production before the cut-off.

If payment, files or required information are received after 3PM, the under-72-hour turnaround will no longer apply from the original order time.

Production-Ready Files

All Rush orders still go through our normal artwork and audio checks before production begins.

If your files are corrupted, incomplete, incorrectly supplied or otherwise unusable, we will contact you as quickly as possible and try to resolve the issue.

If the problem cannot be fixed and approved before the 3PM cut-off, the original Rush delivery deadline is no longer guaranteed.

A revised delivery date will be confirmed once we have received files that are suitable for production.

If your order is urgent, we strongly recommend calling us before placing your order.

This allows us to:

Confirm that Rush Manufacturing is available
Check that we have production capacity for your quantity
Confirm your expected delivery date
Check your artwork and audio files where possible
Identify any potential file problems before the 3PM cut-off
Make sure your order can enter production immediately once payment is received

Rush Availability

Rush Manufacturing is subject to production capacity and must be confirmed by DiskCrafters.

We may decline a Rush request if we do not believe we can meet the required deadline.

Working Days

Rush turnaround is based on eligible production and courier working days.

Weekends and UK bank holidays may affect production, collection and delivery dates.

Courier Delivery

Rush orders are sent using a guaranteed next-day courier service where available.

Some remote postcodes and locations may not qualify for standard next-day delivery. We will advise you if this affects your order.

Customer-Caused Delays

The Rush Guarantee will not apply where a delay is caused by the customer, including late payment, missing files, incorrect files, late approval, incorrect delivery details or failure to respond where production cannot continue without further information.
