Prepare Your Files For Uploading
Here you will find instructions on how to properly organise your files ready to upload. Please follow these instructions clearly to avoid any confusion or delays. If you need any assistance contact us!
1. Create Folder
On your device, create a main folder to store all of your files.
You must name this folder using the format: NAME - ORDER ID
For example: MIKE - O1234DSK
2. Organise Subfolders
Inside your main folder, create two subfolders:
ARTWORK
AUDIO & METADATA
3. Add Files
Add your files in the corresponding folders.
Make sure that your files are correctly named. Audio must be numbered in order and artwork must be clearly named. You can see more guidance on naming artwork for your partcular option in the templates - instructions folder.
4. Final Check & Upload!
Make sure to double check all your files before uploading! Small - but the most common cause for mistakes which can cause delays.
Once ready, Navigate to our upload portal and upload your files!
