The overall quality is excellent, and their customer service was outstanding—very helpful and responsive throughout the process. My only concern was that I had requested a final proof for approval before production, which they agreed to provide, but I never received it. As a result, a typo on one of the track titles wasn’t caught in time. That was a bit disappointing. However, aside from that issue, I’m very pleased with the final product.

ordered a one off CD, the guys been kind enough to help me with the templates as I'm really bad at anything computer related. Absolutley amazing job, have another 10 different cd's to make so I will defenetly do it with them.
